Founded in 1951 by Late Sitaram Rajgarhia, the Sitaram Group of Companies is a conglomerate with varied interests spanning Minerals, Plastics and TeflonTM products.
The group started its operations under its flagship company M/s Sitaram Rajgarhia, which is one of the oldest and largest companies engaged in the field of manufacturing and processing of mica and mica-based products. M/s Sitaram Rajgarhia started out with mining operations of the mineral mica and gradually forayed into value added products like the mica capacitors. Its product portfolio ranges from mica blocks, mica shields, mica flakes and mica powder, mica capacitors and many more. The company is a major part of mica supply chains in Asia, North & South America, Europe as well as Africa.
With the incorporation of Sitaram Polyplast Pvt. Ltd. in 2010, the SR group made its headway into manufacturing of PVC Pipes & Fittings, Garden Pipes, Water Storage Tanks & other plastic products. The company manufactures its products under the brand name of ‘NIRMAAN’ and has become a renowned brand in Eastern India. It has been continuously growing and has been expanding into new product categories. With its motto of ‘Behne Doh Khushiyan’, the company has been making high quality products and has become a driving force in providing quality solutions in the field of Plumbing, Sewerage, Drainage, Irrigation & Underground Borewells.
M/s Sitaram Marketing was incorporated in 2010 in collaboration with Chukoh Chemicals Ltd. of Japan. The company deals in variety of Fluoroplastic TeflonTM products with both industrial and domestic applications. The company’s prestigious clientele list including Nestle India, Mothers Recipe, Coca Cola, L&T, Mamy Poko Pants, Kimberly Clark, S.B. Packaging, Skypack India, Pradeep Laminators and many more. Beginning of a Mica processing plant by a 17 year old Sitaram Rajgarhia.
